- 30-day returns. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
- Condition. Items should be returned with all included parts and the original packaging.
- Refunds. Once we receive and check your return, your refund goes back to your original payment method.

- Arrived damaged? Send us your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery.
- Missing a part? Tell us what’s missing and we’ll sort it out.
- Package lost? If tracking hasn’t updated in 7 days, reach out and we’ll look into it.

How do I track my order?
Your tracking link is emailed when your order ships. Can’t find it? Check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it.
Will bundles ship together?
Usually, yes. Occasionally multi-plane orders arrive in separate packages, with tracking for each.
My tracking says delivered but I don’t have it.
Check with neighbors and around your property, then contact us within 7 days and we’ll help.
